Welcome to My Personal Page

I am so grateful to be back on Tedy's Team after some orthopedic injuries requiring surgeries that prevented me from running the NYC Marathon in 2021 and 2022. I am now looking forward to running the NYC marathon this November in support of Tedy's Team.
Now that I am making my comeback, please help stroke and heart disease survivors make theirs! I am excited to share the tangible ways that your donation will be used.
In 2019, Tedy’s Team created a new community outreach program, called the Comeback Assistance Program (CAP) that gives survivors the means for a comeback. For many survivors, the financial burden outside of what their health insurance covers can be overwhelming to themselves and their families. CAP assists and supports stroke and heart disease survivors and caregivers on their personal comeback journeys by subsidizing items such as extended physical and speech therapies, procedures, medical equipment and other items.
In 2023, Tedy’s Team partnered with the MGH Institute of Health Professions to create the Tedy’s Team Center of Excellence in Stroke Recovery. The mission of the Center is to improve the quality of life for stroke survivors through advances in interprofessional clinical practice and education, clinical research and scholarship and implementation science. The Center will also advance the community’s knowledge of the warning signs of stroke through community outreach and education.
Thank you for supporting my NYC run, and more importantly the stroke and heart disease survivors who benefit from these amazing programs.
